ANCHOR DAEWOO INDUSTRIES LTD. is a joint venture between Korea based Anchor brand of consumer durables and Anchor Electronics.

Anchor Electronics hold the exclusive rights for the distribution, manufacturing and operations of Anchor products in India.

Anchor Electronics Company Limited is an established world leader in the home electronics and multimedia markets. It was first established in 1971 and has since grown into a global business. The company now has more than 64 production sites, R&D and sales centres in more than 40 Countries worldwide.

Anchor Electronics was incorporated in 1963 and in 40 years has become one of the largest manufacturer of electrical switches in the world. The range of products include Roma, Noa, Dyna, Deluxe, Penta, Woods and Ave.

Today Anchor is a household name in South Asia and used by over 600 million people every day.

Operations

The company's strength is achieved by fully utilizing Anchor’s global network of more than 64 production bases, R&D centers and a sales force in more than 40 countries. Overall, Anchor Electronics' organization consists of a general headquarters with five factories in Korea plus regional headquarters located throughout Europe, Central America, United States and the Middle East. Moreover, each product divisions are running regional production lines overseas.

In India, Anchor Group has factories at Pune and Noida. The company is also building a service network for the Anchor brand and is providing a toll-free number for the same.
